Helle knifes

Quite a random post; quite a few years back a friend of mine who sold knifes let me try a helle knife and i must say it was the sharpest thing id ever seen, I was actually a bit wary of it but at the same time hugely impressed.
Since then ive collected quite a few of their models.
I know some folk just go for cheap and cheerful because they're easy lost but there's a joy in using something that you really appreciate, so this is a shout out to what i believe to be a bloody good knife!

Always a good thing when you find the knife that works for you. It's a very subjective thing, what works for one may be someone else's hell.
Another reason that a bricks and mortar seller is the best place to buy a knife from, so you can try it in hand and have a real appreciation of size, grind, feel etc.
