Hello all,

Heard about the site a while ago and whilst searching for some info on stalking and FAC i enjoyed reading through the posts and the help in the community so thought I'd join up.

I grew up related to a keeper so started out on Shotguns and Air rifles relatively young. Have applied and had interview for FAC to shoot vermin with .17 hmr and .22 lr and also have gone for a .308 Win for stalking.

Accompanied several people Deer Stalking quite a few times and decided that it is something i would like to really get stuck into and the timing is right

I hope to get some more opportunities local to me and maybe beyond. Looking forward i intend to do a DSC1 and maybe into some target shooting with the .22 lr.

Welcome to the site, there are a few clubs in and around Bristol for 22 target shooting, manly prone with diopter style sights, Brislington also does Benchrest I believe as does Frome and District (in Shepton Mallet) They have a good club and quite a few choices other than 22lr, if your willing to travel, have a look at their website, then if your interested pm me, we can chat.
