Help with decoying

Agreed and same with me...the sound of ringing in my ears never leaves me ...wish I had started with hearing protection 👍
Hello, I use to get that a lot but lucky just occasional now, Yes left ear only 20% hearing, I went to an Audiologist and she explained why it happens, The excessive noise from a shotgun destroys the inner ear, eg ,Hair cell damage , That is what was diagosed with me

Aaa the orched Han been scrubbed out so it more open fields with fruit trees dotted around, well I made a camo net from old military webbing tried that first time last night and was just to heavy, so baught some cheap back up temu nets, colours were crap and build quality poor so think I'm Gona go for the night hawk kit with the camo net and a bit of clear net at the top lol the temu camo nets can go to my 2 boys to mess around with

Plenty of reason to shoot them chap, the land is basically my little old lady's garden, pigeon eat the fruit from the trees and also make attempts on her own little crops
Again as said by Tim there considered a pest hence why there allowed to be shot all yer round

Plus well I very much like the taste of pigeon
All bird species we shoot coverd by a general licence which which sets out what can be shot under what circumstance in the case of woodpigeons it is GL42. Worth familiarising yourself with the GL's. The exception are gamebirds and wildfowl all of which have seasons.

Poor flight parths and not many pigeons at all hence why hoping the decoying would bring more on
My experience is you'll only decoy them in if they want to be there and have been feeding on the field already. The "decoy" bit is more around getting them into a specific area of a field so you can get a shot and maximise your bag rather than attracting them to an area they don't want to be.
