Swap: Help with pricing Roe stalking

I'm after some advice please.

I'm trying to organise a swap for some mallard growers in exchange for some accompanied Roe buck stalking. I have the contact for the mallard.

I have the stalking, it's just cull bucks. What would be a suitable price per buck or per stalk? I think the carcass would be included too.
