Head above parapet time...
A couple of times recently in the morning I've bumped deer on my way to an ambush location so am considering buying a thermal spotter so I can see if there's anything I don't want to bump into!
I'm not looking for the "dog's danglies" just something that is functional & wont break the bank.
So questions...
1. Would I be wasting my money buying a new Hik Micro Lynx Pro 6mm for circa £400?
2. Would I be better off buying a higher spec unit second hand?
3. If 'yes' to 2. above, what should I be looking for & where can I find it for sale?
4. As I don't necessarily need thermal, is there a digital spotter that I could buy instead?
Specifically looking for first hand advice from people who've used the kit in question, i.e. 'Hands on' & not based on reviews watched YouTube.
Tin hat on!
Thanks.
