Quick release throw lever , and allen key fixed .I'm after the Allen key model.

Surprisingly, there’s a lot up on eBay, most from German suppliers. Bought 2 from MM Sporting and imported a German one without any issues.

You could also remove the lever and fit a self-locking nut.

Sounds like you'll get sorted otherwise but I have used Zamirex in Bulgaria for Rusan stuff several times with no issues whatsoever.
