Thanks for the notification Mike.

It might be worth noting that the Guidance is now treated as a 'live' document - certainly by my FLD - and they consult with it on an online basis to ensure that they have the latest information/version.

Presumably a 'new' edition is published once there are sufficient changes to warrant it, so it's always good to know when it happens.

in 2015 edition i like the list of calibres for dangerous game starting at 338 & the fact that defra refused to downgrade boar which means the guidance contradicts defra lol

My recent renewal resulted in my FAC being returned with the following condition for my revolver "For Human dispatch" Not sure if it is a typo or if they want me to cull a few bad guys! When I called them about it they suggested that jokes of that nature could lead to the FAC being revoked. Great to be able to work with the local police!?

i would frame it when i sent mine i asked for a .22 with a silencer i got a .22 without a silencer and an 11 shot shotgun i decided not to complain
