How do they know

Sometimes we have random questions pop into our heads, one such question I thought of is how
do astronoughts know if they are traveling the right way up, if there is no gravity might they not be
traveling upside down?
if they were would it matter?

Would it matter if there is no gravity pulling upon the person in space?

Guessing it could be more mentally confusing as a persons brain tries to interpret their own perspective, like if they felt they were upside down relative to whatever objects were close by, even those objects are not necessarily upside down either ha ha.

Either way, it got me thinking on this lazy sunday.

Or worms? How do they know? Else they might keep doing down when they think they are going up? Maybe if they're going down they maybe know because the blood rushes to their heads?
