How long to keep venison sausage and burgers in the fridge?

I don’t tend to eat alot of what i shoot.
Shot a Muntjac last Saturday, hung in the chiller till tuesday and then stripped and dropped off to the butchers to make burgers and sausages on wednesday, they added pork belly.
Picked them up thursday, cracking tea! how long will they be ok before needing to freeze whats left?
