Claim for a motorbike , took ages cause shop wanted to fraudulently right it off (estimated £7800. , new frame etc ), then went out of business , Hire bike was insisted upon by the claims handling company (4th dimension) and it was insisted it was used .
Repair was finally carried out by other dealer (£800 all in !)
Hire bike had already been collected cause 4th dimension were trying to put pressure on to pay excess and progress claim ( no fault claim)
Hire bike ( cheap Honda ) was out for 10 weeks
Fee for hire
£36,000 !!!!!!!!!!!
Yup, 36 grand to hire a £4000 Honda blah for 10 weeks.
This is why we pay through the nose !
