Morning all, I’m jack from South Wales. I’ve been a regular visitor to the site but never had an input and feel it’s probably time I registered. I’ve been shooting since a young child but only moved to large game animals the last 2-3 years. I’ve had some success with fallow and Red and was lucky enough to to get my first roe buck with bristishshootingservices a couple of weeks ago. I’m a massive foodie and although I’ve only shot 5 deer over the last 12 months I’ve butchered and eaten 11 with the help of family and friends including doing large party meals to better show the benefit of wild game meat. At the moment Around 60% of the meat me and my wife and kids eat is sourced through wide game. I hope to get this to 80% in the next 12-24 months.
I shoot with 12g, 17hmr, 22lr, .243 and have a slot available for .308 but have yet to fill this due to current lockdown restrictions.
I’m looking for more stalking opportunities and to join a syndicate rather than piggy backing off others that have permissions
