A little about my self. I started out with a bit of clays/pigeon shooting/ beating and supervised picking up in the Teesside area from a young age of around 7-8 with my Grandad. Up until the age of around 26, when my grandad was physically unable to go anymore. I was in the Military at the time and with being away overseas alot I found myself not knowing how to get back into the sport, until I stumbled across this site.
I am now 32 with a 6 month old Black Lab that I'm training my self following Wayne Mitchell's - Retriever's Handbook. That I was recommended by a friend. Which is going suprisingly, Really well.
I haven't got my FAC yet.
Any advice and info would be appreciated.
