Hi I am joining this site to read and participate in stalking related posts and to communicate with other members regarding deer stalking, and stalking equipment advice such as scopes, thermals etc. I have been stalking around 4 years mostly roe deer. I use a .308 Mauser M18 and also have .270 variation on my cert which I will be looking for recommendations from members in the near future for a rifle in this calibre. I mostly stalk woodland and commercial forestry with a small amount of pasture/grazing land.
