Hi all, I’m from the USA but have been based in Helsingør, Denmark now for more than 20 years. I’m an avid outdoorsman and backcountry enthusiast. Since there is virtually no wilderness in Denmark, my wife and I travel for our outdoor needs when it’s more than a simple hike in the forest. Sweden and Norway provide most of what we crave. In 2025, I decided it was time to bring hunting into my mix of outdoor pleasures. I completed the required training and tests here in Denmark for hunting with both rifle and shotgun. So, I’m new to the game and in the process of learning while trying to find places to actually hunt.
I have a 12 gauge over and under Browning Citori Special shotgun, and I have a Blaser R93 308 Win rifle and hoping to include more calibres in the near future.
I found this forum while searching for second hand equipment, specifically for my Blaser R93, and I thought this looked like a good place to be : )) Especially since the language here suits me very well. Now, if you guys could just rejoin the EU, life would be much better.
