Hi, I’m very new to deer stalking and, so far, only accompanied someone out stalking before Christmas which I really enjoyed. I did the Pre-DSC1 course last year, which gave me a first go shooting with a full bore rifle, and I’m booked onto a DSC 1 course in a couple of months. I’ve shot air rifles (mainly hunting rabbits) and shotguns (rough shooting & clays) up to now but really keen to get as much knowledge and experience in all aspects of deer stalking so I have a good understanding when I get the opportunity to go out or apply for an FAC. I’m based in Staffordshire.
