This has been my experience of Jackson Rifles too. Currently waiting for an SL5i and previously had some delays and unreliable communication about a rifle stock, plus missing parts from orders. All through my local shop so I can’t give feedback on dealing directly with them.

Hope you get sorted. I managed to get hold of them to confirm stock and have my RFD order straight away. Mod was delivered within 48 hours in the end.
