Knife blade grinding/sharpening

I was treated to a blacksmithing day by my wife last year for my birthday, during which I forged a knife blade (highly recommended, it was brilliant fun). I’ve had a go at bevelling it, but it’s not going too well…

Are there any knife makers on here who offer a service to grind the blank flat then bevel it?

Have a word with snake on here. I don't know where you have got to on the thermal cycling, if it's just been quenched then your need to finish the tempering. Snake will be able to do all this for you.
