Larder floor recommendations

I am currently building a larder at home on north Essex. I intend to fit a drain in the floor and then get the floor sealed / covered. Can anyone please recommend any floor coverings and fitters. The floor will be about 4x5m rectangular with a drain as mentioned and two doorways.

We build environmental rooms which can operate from 0 degrees to 50 degrees, these normally have an altro floor covering but I haven't tried it in a larder. I would of thought a 2 part epoxy would be a better option
