We will be running a large and small game meat hygiene course at Birkholme Manor Grantham on 05/06/25.
This course will allow you to supply large and small game in the fur and the feather to an AGHE (Approved game handling establishment) and you will receive a game meat hygiene certificate and trained hunter number.
