We will be running a large and small game meat hygiene course on Saturday 22nd March at Walton farm, Kilmersdon, Radstock Somerset.
Completion of this course will give you your "trained hunter" number which allows you to sell large and small game in the fur and feather to an AGHE (Approved game handling establishment).
