leaking boots

hi,

i have a pair of la crosse boots broadside gtx .

this is the second pair in ten months and they leak again
the first pair where replaced and i am about to contact the shop from where i got them about this pair.

has anyone else had similar experience with this boot.
not cheap boots by the way...
i use gwax on them after each other use

Then throw that G wax crap away and get yourself some tradditional Dubbin

i got a pair
keep mine for dry days only as they hav never been much use in the wet, did try alsorts of reproofing gear to see if it made a difference, in reality as soon as it started to rub of in the wet grass or crops i got wet
shame really as they are a great boot to wear just not waterproof

I know mouflon plus are generally not liked here but I have never had wet feet. They are not worn professionaly nor every day, but they are worn for stalking, rough shooting, dog walking and fishing. Last summer as I had forgotton my waders when fishing in Ireland where the piers did not reach the bank, I had to paddle out to the staging many times a day for 3 days to within an inch of the top of the boot and not a damp foot in site. I burnt mine in the chimnea. Least I got hem from US at a good price. Comfy boot but pish in the wet.

Aye i've got a pair, if that's the high leg'd ones. On my 2nd pair 1st pair leaked returned them no probs. The new pair seem fine so far thou. The salesman in the shop reckons there great thou, and the shop i got mine from also sell the mouflon's. Can u not try to send them back again or get a pair off seal skinz socks

Get yourself some Brasher Superlite Hillmasters I have had mine 4 years dubbin them each time and they are still as good as the day i bought them totally waterproof
