Haven't hears the official measurement yet Ricky but Gavin and I both thought 13 to 14. Both of us were at the Midland. Will let you know.

Pierre measured it at 13", its off to me measured and will hopefully make Rowland. There were plenty of big pigs, thanks for a great trip David.

Yes they do, particularly a small one on a spit, excellent.

I think the older boars are a little tough, but a young sow i shot we had slow roasted and its was very good eating. They make good sausages too!

Got to agree with Adrian on this one. Spit roast is the way to go!

The big old males can also be used to make some very nice salami,cheese grillers and carbanossi. Very nice
