Locking bolts

The Grouse - just watched Racknload's review and bingo! Locks, unlocks with the button by the bolt. It just goes to show that all reviewers are NOT the same. Thanks again for taking the time to help and clarify.
How are you finding the rifle? Any issues?

No problem at all :)

Can't fault it to be honest, shoots very nicely, bullet on bullet at 100yds. Doesn't seem ammo fussy. Comfy to shoot, very adjustable if you need to tweak it a bit.

There have been many accidents with firearms which fire from an open bolt when dropped etc. Stens were notorious.
Bren guns fire from an open bolt but I have never heard of one going off except by pulling the trigger.
Has anyone heard differently?

Any firearm whose safety does not lock the firing pin could potentially, however likely/unlikely, fire when dropped/knocked etc.
