I've not been able to get out recently due to work etc. but promised a colleague that I'd show him how to skin butcher a carcass. Is there anyone around the areas mentioned who'd be willing to sell me a carcass for this purpose?
I'll pay the going rate for the carcass but it must be well shot, in the skin and not hung for long. The fresher the better. Also not looking for anything monsterous, a Muntjac or Roe would be ideal, a smallish Fallow buck would be fine, or if anyone can source a Sika stag I'll love them forever.
Not interested in shooting the deer. I've shot plenty, I'm just stuck for a carcass at short notice.
