Hi all — I’m Adam.
Big into fire cooking, wild food, and sourcing proper meat. I’ve spent years working with butchers, foraging, fishing, and cooking over flames — but now I want to take it further and learn stalking properly.
Really keen to understand the process, do it right, and get closer to where my food really comes from. Mainly into venison and boar, and I fish too (sea mostly — bass, mackerel, the odd flattie).
Based in Dorking, Surrey but happy to travel, learn, tag along, carry bags, whatever. Always up for sharing food, stories, and time outside!
