McMillan arca rail

Has anyone attached a arca rail to a McMillan stock? I would like to add one, but don’t want it to look cheap and tacky

Does it sit completely flat? And was it easy to fit?

I did this with a friend's Manners composite stock. Not difficult, just need the threaded bushings.

Best done on a mill for accurate hole location.

Yes it sat flat, I didn't do the fitting an RFD milled the holes, definitely better in a mill/pillar drill for getting the holes centred amd straight
