That’s a good point about the chest freezer running. My outbuilding is fully insulated but not heated and this will be the first winter it has experienced so I am unsure on what temp it may drop too. I am waiting on my chest freezer to arrive but as you say, I presume that running will slightly increase the ambient temp inside with the small amount of heat it gives off
