For burgers i add just a small amount of Atorra suet it keeps in the cupboard untill neaded alminced at8mm and vacpacked at 1lb normal burger is 4oz and the other half is spagboll or mince and onions i dont make burgers for the freezer as they can get freezer burn so just make them fresh
