I only have 17mm diameter stainless bar so heavy duty see if it works okay

Blimey that’s half tidy for a 1st attempt, I have to put a longish upside down V as the D ring in the middle on mine as I can’t weld stainless steel
my ends are perhaps 3/4 inch longer and the tip is above the bar, my first attempts and there were many I found when I moved the carcase on the rail it kept pulling out of the tendon cut so the MK 21 gambrel I made longer/ higher ends

will get a pic when next in the larder ( if I remember.)

I have 2 out of a slaughterhouse with a large V on both sides, also just modified a folding gambrel with a club hammer and cast steel vice as the angle was ****....
