for one of the SD trade members
I ordered some binos from Monarch around 12months ago…the service then was great. Rob was patient enough to answer all of my questions even though the bins in Q? were entry level 8x42 Diamondback HDs rather than top end Swaros.
As it Turns out it was just as well they weren’t Swaros as I may have…uh’uum….left them hanging off the roof rack on the Landy & lost them….
So after wks of looking and trawling eBay trying to find som top end glass for budget money I realised that I may as well be looking for sky hooks…. I orders a pair of Diamondbacks over the wkd this time in 10x50HD. Rob took time to respond to my messages in his own time out of hours…a sign that they must be busy as they are doing things well no doubt
Delivery Turned up today along with some Vortex flip up covers for my scope. Well packaged, prompt delivery, good comms, fair pricing… I will use Monarch again
