This thread serves to demonstrate one should try to more fully understand from the first Post what the Op is actually asking and seeking to achieve!
I mistakenly took it to mean he was considering a fixed rear pod as attaches to the sling swivel and would be deploying from a bench or prone. Hence suggesting the better (IMHO) option that is a lead shot-filled rear bag that may be squeezed to make that all-critical final target alignment adjustment.
