More bird ID

Lot of feathers but no body in orchard. I thought at first a hen pheasant but doesn’t quite feel right. Especially the colouring on the wing feather. Ideas?

Just FYI the colour is a deep bronze/brown than in the pics. I'm not sure its red enough for a kestrel Also the feathers I think are a bit long for such a small bird

BoP wise round here I have Peregrine, Red Kite, Buzzard, Kestrel, Spar, Little Owl, Barn Owl, Tawny Owl

They may just have faded if lying around for a bit.

Definately looks kestrel-like.
