Moving deer from chiller

good evening ,
Can I ask how people move deer (reds and fallow ) from a chiller to a game dealer ?’
I believe you have to refrigerate the carcass for moving ?
If your game dealer doesn’t pick up?
What do people do to Avoid having to take carcasses straight after one is shot for example?

I'm only 10 mins from Kelly's which I assume is the same dealer you use?
I usually take them straight there in the case of reds, fallow I take a few at a time.
I was told once, 2 hours the maximum time from chiller to dealer, but this time of year I prefer to go by what the EHO said to me once, 30 mins hope that helps?
