Muntjac nuts and mesentery advice please.

I don’t shoot that many so always grateful for advice from you learned folk.
Shot a good sized buck last evening, all gralloched and in the chiller I noticed it had a lump on the lowest part of both nuts, can’t say I’ve noticed before, would you say abnormal?
Also the mesentery had a cluster of lumps a little smaller than baked beans in one area and a larger harder lump.

The nuts are totally normal mesenteric looks a tad unusual, what were other lymph nodes like?

But looking again, that doesn’t quite look like you’re looking at the mesenteric chain, what you’ve photographed looks detached, whereas the chain is normally snug and tight into the intestinal structure...

Old or young? IF young, those could just be normal gut nodes that are developing immunity. They ar large, but look the right shape and colour. The lump on the scrotum coul dbe a bit of scar tissue to an injury, or just a skin bump. Not likey to be related.

Big lad in fine condition but certainly not an old warrior.
