Had a great day out again,the other week with @Hind and Sika on the muntjac. Plenty of deer around and even come home with the best buck I've ever shot before.

Yes, that's correct.

That's the going rate for a carcass, £1 per lb. I'm not interested what the big game dealers may be paying stalkers for their carcasses, that's why I butcher my own carcasses and sell at market.

If you think £2.20/£1 per lb, is expensive, then you're selling yours too cheaply.

Why don't you skin, break into primals, and sell your carcasses that way? Smaller carcasses, you'd be able to post with DPD, next day.

Get £1.70 per kilo so a good enough price but for the extra effort and time it doesn't make it worth it
