N 160 & 25 - 06

As the title says has anybody any experience with this combination.

Yup, tried and tested it, (Viht.N160) but it wasn’t great in my rifle.
I found much better results using IMR4831, however with that now being in short supply, I’m trialling Viht.N560 and it’s looking very good.

Yes, N560 with the 110gn Accubond.
QL data goes beyond the Nosler data and is useful working up the accuracy and MV... Always a plus with the .25-06

I've used it in a .270 WCF with 140 grain bullets and found it a very good and friendly powder. Although, my rifles are all 24" barrels and un-moderated, with some muzzle flash. So as your .25-06 is based on the same parent .30-06 case as my .270 WCF was I think it'll be an excellent powder choice.

I think you’ll find doing so worthwhile for the 110gn bullet. It’s a good bullet and performs well.

Also the 100gn Sierra Prohunter, currently I use IMR4350 with that one, brilliant on hinds, but eventually I’ll have to switch that powder too. But, not sure yet which one. It may well be a different one than N560, don’t yet know.
