Any relatively simple neck turning tool worth having will use a turning mandrel in conjunction with an expander mandrel - both sized to suit the basic calibre (e.g. 6mm, 6.5mm etc).
You need to specify what the calibre is as ideally the tool will come with suitable mandrels & a mandrel die so you are ready to go.
If buying a turning tool without at least a turning mandrel of the right diameter be sure to check that it takes commonly available mandrels such as the Sinclair type for instance rather than very proprietary mandrels which may be difficult to obtain.
