Neoprene Gaiters?

Can anyone reccomend where to get good Neoprene Gaiters from and if they are better than traditional ones. Thanks..

I found them effective at stopping water entering the top of boots, however I am a active stalker and found that they, on many occasions were too warm

I've always used standard Gortex type gaiters, these work really well. They don't allow you to get to warm but are just right. Last pairs I had were outdoor design and Rab.

I use these Neoprene gaiters UK - strong, lightweight, comfortable, supportive, waterproof gaiters love them but as rem284 said they get a bit toasty at times, cant comment if they are better than normal ones, they are bomb proof with brambles etc though.

one plus point for them over the traditional gaiter is they are
very quick to put on.

take a look at huntech gaiters from nz, very comfy and always dry

Thanks for the advice. Ordered some macgaiters tonight.. Seem the best option for what I want.

neoprene gaiters are quiet

Ive yet to find gaiters that fit me round the calf
they all seem to be made for matchstick legs

Id like to try the large size macgaiter though

neoprene muck boots get shredded by thorns and brambles
(as on my pheasant)shoot but people are saying the gaiters are good
which is interesting

That's why I asked as my experience is brambles turns neoprene into spaghetti
