Along with GPC Bill I've also been testing the Zulus V2 over the last couple of months and you already have a Zulus V1 then you're unlikely to need to upgrade to the V2 (same sensor and objective lens)
If you don't already have a Zulus V1 then going straight to the V2 is probably the right thing to do
The bigger battery, bigger IR, bigger display and better zoom lever tips the balance for me

I’m running a hic micro 30mm Nv scope on my hornet, would the V2 be better and the big question can you get a blaser mount for the V2

I’m mean, really pushing a product when says this! So don't see how you can confuse it.
Anyway, here is my thoughts how I would like to it improved, that would be for the 2 images to be able to be focused with one wheel. Bit like you do with binos, that would be imho, a massive improvement and a huge jump forward.

This is a night vision scope, not multispectral .

Does the weaver part come off to allow the Zulus to attache directly to the mount or do you still need to use the OEM Zulus mount on top of this as it is shown in the picture?

Yes the Zulus bolts straight to the rail to minimise any additional height..

I noticed that V1 have field of view in specs, is there any information about FoV for v2?

I’ve looked high and low but can’t see the lense F stop for either the V1 or V2. I’m interested as I want to use either this or the Alpex Lite for low light without IR

Alpex over the Zulus for sure, i’ve got both and theres no contest.
The bigger Alpex over the lite for low light too.
