Hi everyone,
I'm a complete newbie but really keen to get into deer stalking. Ive got some experience with target rifles and have a Shotgun license. Never been on a stalk and have not done any of the DSC1 or other courses yet.
Looking online there are so many options (mostly crazy expensive) to buy into syndicates or guides stalks upwards of £300.
If there is anyone around the High Wycombe area looking for some company one day on a stalk I would be over the moon.
Over the next week's I'm sure I'll be asking for some advice as to what do next but I think going out on a stalk would be an obvious next step?
Even if I don't get to hold a rifle... Just being out for the day learning would be a great experience.
I'm a South African guy that's lived in the UK for the last 22 years. My wife has horses so will never be able to win an argument as to how much I spend on my new hobby
