Don't the rules state that you have to include a price when advertising something for sale on this site? Guns on here increasingly seem to be advertised where other members have to ask for the price to be stated.

Perhaps I should place my own advert, something like -

FOR SALE. Sako 85, contact me for photos, details and a price"

Rule 7 as shown in the full classified rules say they don’t need to state a price as a trade member.

There’s also a rule about heckling posts....

I think if the trade member has the confidence to advertise as above, (that they have unbeatable deals on a certain rifle), then they should be prepared to add the prices to substantiate the statement.

And if you’re serious about actually buying that model of rifle you’ll have already searched guntrader for the beatable prices before you pm or ring him to find out if it’s an unbeatable price.

Though travelling from South Wales to the Solway Firth and back probably cancels out any savings 🤷🏻‍♂️

I actually bought a brand new synthetic stocked Ruger American in 308 from a Gunshop that was closing down. I paid £250 for it, They were around £550 new!

Let's agree to finish this conversation or the traders thread is going to be hijacked by this back and forth debate. I've made my view pretty clear I think.
