For Sale: New Work-Sharp Benchtop Precision Knife Sharpeners

Hi all

Yesterday a small quantity of the new Work-Sharp Benchtop Sharpeners arrived, we should have more available soon (although as they are manufactured in the USA lead-times are volatile).

Initial observations are that it is a well made & sturdy piece of kit:

The Work Sharp Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener™ is an angle adjustable, three abrasive grit, knife sharpening system that delivers precision and repeatability. Sharpening Angle can be easily adjusted from 15° to 30° in 1° increments to sharpen every knife you own.

Tri-Brasive™ includes coarse 320 and fine 600 grit diamond plates to quickly restore a sharp edge, and a fine grit ceramic stone to hone an incredibly keen edge on your knives. Innovative clamp design quickly and safely secures the knife.

Sharpening base provides a stable platform for benchtop sharpening.

What's In The Box?
  • Tri-Brasive(TM) Sharpening Stone: 320 & 600 Grit Diamond, Fine Ceramic.
  • Angle Adjustable Sharpening Chassis..
  • Benchtop Sharpening Base.
  • Knife Clamp.
  • Sharpening Slide Rod.

These are superb bits of kit for the price. I have one and a few other sharpeners sent to me from the manufacture which I need to do a review of, but even before I do I can highly recommend them. It is pretty much a fool proof system and even someone who struggles to sharpen a blade can get brilliant results. The fact they use diamond and ceramic means they can sharpen steels with ease, even powder steels.

The price may have gone up in the last 2 years though?

Hi all

Apologies for the late responses.

I'm afraid I have been wiped out of stock on these over the last few days, however I do have a scheduled re-stock order coming in from the German wholesaler, so if folk can wait a couple of weeks I can service demand again.

Many thanks

Rob
