But that way is not the correct way, which is why i suggested you engage with the RFD sending the firearm for the buyer to post their certificate directly to the sending RFD to be completed by the seller when they take the firearm onto to be dispatched. That way you are not sending your ticket to an unknown.

Yeah if it helps i can do it that way if the problem is sending the license to an unknown seller , i know it can be difficult in these days of theft/ scammers etc but at the end of the day i suppose it all comes down to trust

You lower the risk if sending your certificate to someone unknown, if you see a photo of their certificate first via whatsapp or email and receive full payment in advance of any actions.
All common sense and easy things that merely require good communication and nothing more, in order to aid in peace of mind.
