NGO regional meetings

What is the frequency of your regional meetings in your area guys not committee meetings just general meetings with guest speaker Ect

I have never had any info for at least five years on regional meets but have never asked for any. I am in the extreme north of the region; above the Exmoor mafia and am considering contacting and attending the region above me as it is easier to get to. I must say that I have had excellent back up whenever I have needed it though.
