Pro Optics, the sellers of the Arken Zulus unit are all sold out and they don't answer phone calls?? anyone have any idea when a new batch is coming in, or where to get them from?

It doesn`t say when on their website but the pre order is now available to click/pay on.

Another quick question to the guys that know about the mounting system, thinking of mounting onto my Blaser 223, the Pard 008S had a innomount QR available - Does the holes to screw in the mount on to Arken match the Pard unit unit mount? in effect want to see it the the Innomount QR Pard 008S is compatible to the Arken mounting holes..?
Thanks

There are 2 shipments sitting in customs waiting to be cleared - but I think all of these will go to pre-orders
All orders eventually arrive at Pro Optics and they are then sent out to the buyers
Pro Optics are not answering the phone because they are spending their time chasing Customs and UPS to get the pre-ordered scope delivered.
If you want one (and you should - they are that good) then order one and sit back and wait

Hi all,
im after a night vision scope to go on my 22lr for night time rabbits,
a couple of years ago i had the pard nv007 but really didnt like it due to the head position, got rid of it and never bothered as not many rabbits about anyway,
but now i have a couple more farms i shoot where there are plenty of rabbits, shooting ot to 25-100 yards, wont be using the rifle for anything else so it could be a dedicated bunny basher,
ideally a scope rather than a add on, dont want to spend **** loads so say upto £750 tops, new or second hand, please feel free to share any thoughts,
thanks.

I have a pardon 008 for sale £400 if it's any good to you

I looked through a TD70l tonight & wow well impressed. First in colour then last light switched modes & still as clear as before with no IR. I had to keep taking eye off scope to check it actually was getting dark!!

I ordered one last Saturday. Had an email from Shop who processed the transaction, but nothing from Pro Optics. I cannot track, as have no sales or invoice number. I emailed them twice and called every day this week - nobody answers. I just want to know if they plan to send me mine this week, next week or after Christmas.
I don't buy that they are chasing customs and UPS 8 hours a day 5 days a week. If they don't know delivery dates, just at least say so. Customer service is very important.
I ordered a Picatinny rail from Alan Rhone and batteries & charger from Torchy at the same time. Both acknowledged the order with an email, received both promptly. Makes me uneasy Pro Optics cannot reply to a request - they have my £599.
I hope this isn't the shape of things to come when perhaps I get a problem with the unit later down the line.

If you're not satisfied, cancel the order and you'll get your money back
If you do that, then you won't have to worry about any problems later down the line
BTW I'm NOT customer service for Pro-Optics or Arken - but you may have guessed that :)

Bruce, I’m happy to wait for the unit - sounds a great product from your glowing review, just the job for taking muntjac in a very dark wood I have with my .222 around dawn and dusk.
Just hoping for some communication, it’s pretty standard business practice in this internet and mail order age.

There is one guy at Pro Optics (Adam) who is responsible for processing all the orders for these scopes.
Whether you ordered from the Arken Zulus website or the Arken Optics website, the products will be shipped from China to him and he will distribute the scopes to those who ordered (by the date of ordering)
As I said, there is one shipment waiting for Customs clearance and another on its way to the UK which, hopefully, will be processed more quickly
The best place to keep up with the status of these orders is the "Hittac - Your Thoughts" thread on the Airgun forum
Adam (username Yorkyboy) regularly posts updates on the status of the orders, plus a lot of videos and other stuff from people who have already received their scopes - and others who are still waiting
My feeling is that people have been so impressed with the scope that more orders have been placed than expected and that production and shipping might be struggling to keep up.
I understand that, eventually, there will be enough stock held in the UK to allow orders to be fulfilled immediately

i ordered one on saturday too, nothing happened when i pressed the pre order button on the pro optics site, so ordered through arken, they said it the comfirmation email id get a tracking number when it was shipped, got a email on monday to say its been shipped with a tracking order, UPS just says shipped, emailed arken on wednsday to ask for a rough delivery date, and they sent a copy of the status from there end, it had been sent from china, then at customs, then at customs Uk castle donington, waiting to be releised, they said they go to pro optics to save on UK tax, then they ship them out, and i should expect delivery this coming week,

I think you'll find that Customs in Castle Donnington is the black hoe where all the Arken Zulus are to be found :)
Apparently they pulled one scope from the previous shipment and sent it for CE testing which meant that nothing was released until it had come back with a report saying that it complied.

Cheers
