Hello, So your only going to use 22 L/R rifles as a starter, What will the Training Days consist of ??
Right all, we’ve started to put details on the members page detailing what the plans are for discounted ammunition for the forthcoming rimfire event and the soon to be announced centre fire event.
If you haven’t already signed up as a member (it’s free for 2025 don’t forget) now’s the time to do so!
This link will take you to page where you sign up, just be sure to have a photo and some ID (passport/drivers license etc) as you’ll need them to complete it -

Looking forwards to seeing you all soon on the side of a hill somewhere!
Can you confirm it is an Home office approved club?
Btw how many rounds are required for a match?

Just wanted to revisit this in the absence of a response. NRLH UK is NOT a HOAC, if this was what the question relates to.
It may be worth reading our FAQ section on our website as your question may be answered on there.
Apologies, reason for the question was because of the membership page requesting details of FAC and including the declarations. Thank you for clarifying.
No worries at all, the platform we are using started life as a system to manage HOAC’s (we us it for our club) and we’ve had to make some changes to make it fit for our new purposes.
We decided to leave some of the information requests in there as they will be needed going forwards. A Sec21 declaration is something I personally see as essential for ensuring we comply with legislation at every opportunity. Expect to see it again on all requests for booking events in the future.
Adding the FAC details is not mandatory once signed up but the initial question gives us another indication as to the current level of *proficiency and ability to take part of each member.
*Possibly not the best word but having an FAC is the most obvious pre-requisite for taking part in our events
Typically 4 rounds a stage and 12 stages max, so 50 rounds plus what you need for getting PF and zero sorted.
So on 1st March there are how many targets per stage? 8 stages rightBeen asked a few questions on this.
If you shoot all the targets first time then you’ll use 4 rounds per stage. If, however, you miss them all 1st time and you need a 2nd shot on each target then you’ll use twice as many rounds per stage.
Which will double your round count.
I know this sounds obvious but people asked for clarity, so here you have it.
If in doubt please refer to the rules where more information on stages and round count can be found.
Please also note that each match may have a different number of stages (depending on the venue and circumstances) but this will be clarified prior to each event.
