I saw this on a youtube video, "Impact shooting", basically it replaces a sling with a slotted holder that fits on a daysack strap and a button type attachment which fits on the side of the rifle, you then slot the button into the holder and your rifle and it hangs to your front, looks a simple if expensive system

Obi link is incredibly strong. Holds 30lbs PRS Rifles and ths like with no problem. Theyre available at C2 Precision.
I have one on my tripod and a qd one to switch between rifles and then a clamp on each shoulder of my bag.
