Just spent an hour or so with the Worksharp precision, aided by a 3D printed support thanks to a forum member.
Started off on a cheaply Buck folder that I’d been (ab)using for doing stuff I should not have been using it for on the car… came up nicely with just a few strokes of the 600 grit & then the honing stone. Topped it off with a few passes on the strop & it’s good to go.
Then it was time to have a look at the EKA Swede 10 folder I recently bought off a forum member - I really like this knife & can see it getting a fair bit of use in general & also in the field. It was sharp when I got it but there was evidence of two different secondary bevels so it’s been waiting for some attention since it arrived. It now has a lovely polished 20 degree secondary bevel & with a bit of stropping too it is proper sharp - so sharp in fact I think I’d better make sure I have some sticking plasters with me whenever I have it out & about!
A very therapeutic way to spend a bit of time on a Saturday morning.
