My go to rifle would be my Howa 1500 .243, I bought it from McAvoys about 20 years ago, still lazer sharp accuracy after about 3000 rounds through it, am shocked how good it is frankly.
I would probably give it up for the 7x57 TT Proctor Mauser I acquired last year, at least that has more grunt for reds and is just classy.
