optilock height?

What height optilocks for a Schmidt & bender 8x56 with a 1" tube on a t3 lite?

T3 lite has a low profile barrel so you should be able to go as low as you like. Scope height isn't too critical on a centrefire though as it is on an air rifle. It is more important that it fits your eye relief/height as you aim the rifle naturally.
